SUNDAY MORNING WORSHIP
April 6, 2025
We will gather for our Fifth Sunday in Lent and celebrate Communion as time continues to fly by as we delight in the joys of Spring. Come join us for in person worship or on Zoom at 9am Sunday.
It is wonderful to hear the Pinkletinks singing their song of spring each evening. Truly a sign that the wet spring weather is surely making one species happy. It is joyful to see the greens starting to creep out of the dreary winter pattern.
This Sunday the Scriptures will be Isaiah 43:16-21, Philippians 3:4b-14 and John 12:1-8. God is doing a new thing in our lives and in the words we hear from the texts and the focus will be on the passage from Isaiah. Have you ever felt like there wasn’t a way forward or a path that looked promising during difficult times? With God there is always the possibility of a way when it seems least expected. As we journey with Christ towards the Cross let us ask God to help us see a way forward we might not have considered before today.
LENTEN BIBLE STUDY WITH REV. VICKY
Kairos Bible Study continues to meet weekly at 10:30AM on Wednesdays through April 9 at the First Church of West Tisbury. The group will focus on the stories of Mary Magdalene’s journey with Jeus as portrayed in the Gospels.

PIZZA NIGHTS–Tuesday @ 6pm
Join us for an informal community meal. We gather for pizza, with potluck salads, desserts and conversation followed by Bananagrams for those that are good with words and want to laugh. It is free and everyone is welcome. Help needed at 5:30 with dinner set up.
