We pray you will come to know the<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"403.77599999999995\">risen presence of Christ Jesus our Lord as you worship with us.<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"359.1359999999998\">The Gospel reading for the day is from St. Luke and has<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"397.1199999999998\">interesting comments on the spiritual and emotional state of<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"374.272\">the disciples. Notice how the Rev. Steve Garnaas-Holmes<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"408.5279999999998\">comments capture the Easter Joy and Disbelief of the Disciples<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"79.392\">in his poem:<\/div>\n<div>\u201c\u00a0In their joy they were disbelieving and still wondering\u00a0&#8230;<\/div>\n<div>(\u00a0Luke\u00a024.41)\u00a0God, it\u2019s all here at once, joy and disbelieving, dullness and wonder.\u00a0Let my joy flower, my disbelieving keep on wondering.\u00a0Give me the faith to watch in amazement, to finally know what I know, to\u00a0rejoice before I understand. Wonder, lead me where I wouldn\u2019t go without\u00a0you. O soul, drag me into the dance, guided in your arms, looking into my<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"305.74133333333333\">Savior\u2019s eyes, without even knowing it.\u00a0(Steve Garnaas-Holmes,<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"103.54799999999997\">Unfolding Light,\u00a0www.unfoldinglight.net)<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"8.184\">I\u00a0like the phrase,\u00a0\u201cIn their [Resurrection] Joy they were disbelieving and\u00a0still wondering&#8230;\u201d\u00a0What are some of the everyday things in our life that bring us joy, yet\u00a0we cannot understand them although we know them to be true? So we stand in joyous\u00a0amazement, wondering,\u00a0what is this event we Christians call \u2018resurrection\u2019?\u00a0This is truly how God\u2019s grace works!\u00a0It is all too good to be true!\u00a0WOW!
