The Jewish leaders who had authorized<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"383.90400000000005\">this business were making enormous profits. They were so<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"362.86400000000003\">much after the money that they had become spiritually<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"400.70400000000006\">depraved and were missing the holiness of the sacred space.<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"132.832\">When this happens it is sometimes hard to see \u201cthe errors of<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"337.0239999999999\">our ways\u201d because all we see are dollars signs, $$$.<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"337.0239999999999\">\u00a0 \u00a0Steve\u00a0Garnaas\u00a0-Holmes in his prayer based on Psalm 19, dated\u00a0March 2, 2015, writes:\u00a0\u201c\u00a0Who can discern their errors? Free me from my hidden faults.\u00a0\u2014\u00a0Psalm 19.2\u00a0 God\u00a0, I do not even know the ways I distance myself from you, the wonders I pass\u00a0by without noticing, the glories I sleep through. I can&#8217;t suspect the ways I hurt\u00a0you, fall short of your desire for me, fail to be who you want me to be! I believe\u00a0the little lies I tell myself; I bow to my secret fears! I don&#8217;t even know what it\u00a0would be to love as I have been loved! I miss the hurt I cause more often than I\u00a0notice! How often I think I&#8217;m doing the right thing! Forgive me, for I do not know\u00a0what I am doing. Forgive me for not knowing.\u00a0Forgive my hidden sins\u00a0, O my God.<\/div>\n<div data-canvas-width=\"494.60799999999995\">Wake me up. Don&#8217;t let me think I have such a small inheritance: let me see\u00a0\u2014\u00a0let\u00a0it overwhelm me\u00a0\u2014\u00a0just how immense is the forgiveness I need, and the mercy\u00a0you offer.
